About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as

Salesforce Trainees

You will work closely with our experienced Salesforce team to learn, support, and contribute to various Salesforce-related projects and business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and understand the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) Assist in customizing and configuring Salesforce based on business requirements Support the team in user setup, permissions, and data management tasks Help create reports and dashboards for business users Test and validate new Salesforce features and functionalities Document learnings, processes, and solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic knowledge of CRM systems or interest in cloud technologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and pursue Salesforce certification(s) Familiarity with programming basics (Apex/Java/SQL) is a plus

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Completed or enrolled in Salesforce Trailhead modules Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning platform Exposure to data migration or Salesforce integrations
