Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and best practices, as well as hands-on experience in testing Salesforce implementations. This role will involve working closely with our development and business teams to ensure the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications.



Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Identify, record, document, and track bugs and issues.

Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.

Conduct thorough testing to ensure the software meets user needs and business requirements.

Ensure test environments are set up and maintained for testing purposes.

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, and testing.

Provide detailed reports on test results and track the progress of bug fixes.

Utilize automation testing tools where applicable to improve efficiency and coverage.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Salesforce testing.



Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in Salesforce testing.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its features.

Proficiency in creating and executing detailed test plans and test cases.

Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.

Knowledge of Salesforce testing tools and frameworks.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are a plus.
