Job description: This is a great opportunity to join our growing SFDC team. As a Salesforce Technical Lead (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud) you will lead the team of in-house and working closely with the Project Manager, Business Analyst to achieve the successful fulfilment of development activities globally. This role will also partner with other region\'s leadership teams to interpret business requirements and produce technical solutions, improve processes, help plan roadmaps, and lead cross functional teams to deliver the strategic Sales and Service technology initiatives. Job Responsibilities & Duties Web Development & Support: Build and maintain dynamic Sales/Services components using SFDC and appropriate technologies to meet assigned business objectives based on business and technical requirements. Recommend technical solutions / products to achieve business goals and deliver appropriate solutions for our systems. Work with the development teams to develop technical requirements. Analyse requirements, systems and risks to help meet technical goals. Determine scope and technical specifications to meet the target architecture needs. Provide timelines, estimates, and status reports around project architecture to ensure deadlines are met. Works with various business personnel to develop system requirements. Translates requirements into efficient corporate systems. Converts requirements into logical program designs, code modules and stable application systems. Support on the daily monitoring of site performance, driving of optimizations to support page site speed and handling of peak load of the entire platform. Assist in environment set ups and release of code. Work with middleware teams, have an understanding of how the web infrastructure works to be able to troubleshoot and resolve website and order issues. Process Improvements: Work with business on improving the processes for projects, enhancements and support tasks. Identify improvement areas in the current usage of SFDC in the business and suggest and implement changes. Introduce and maintain coding standards and processes to increase maintainability of the code base. Review code, document code and troubleshoot production issues. Work effectively with other team members to identify and address problems. Will be able to work with the future QA and release management teams to ensure projects and enhancements are delivered correctly and on time. Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Desired Skills & Experience 8+ years of work experience and is able to lead teams, influence business leadership, and develop strategies that deliver long range plans Have an open, direct and non-hierarchical style, with excellent verbal and written communications skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting priorities We would Love to Hear from People with: Technically strong on Sales/Services platforms, capable of designing technical solutions to achieve our business capabilities globally Exceptional programming skills, primarily in Javascript, CSS and HTML Experience integrating with 3rd Party systems (via RESTful/SOAP APIs) would be needed in order to deliver specific back-end activities. Proficient with APEX, Triggers, Test Classes, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs Experience with DevOps tools like VS Code, ANT scripts, Code Repository Salesforce Platform Developer II Certified, Salesforce Integration Architect Certified, Salesforce Data Architect Certified Agile mindset and experience Proficient in the English language Nice to have: Salesforce CPQ, Conga CLM and Conga Composer experience Experience working with globally distributed teams Experience with Node.js (express framework), UOW Framework will help if there is a lacking experience with SFDC.
