This position leads continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that Videojet, Esko, and X-Rite (PID) maintain world-class financial processes and controls through examination and evaluation of internalcontrol for business processes, reporting findings to the management with his / her recommendations for possible improvements. This is a high-visibility role, working closely with Videojet, Esko, and X-Rite senior leadership and business unit managers, as well as parent company (Danaher) personnel.WITHIN YOUR ROLE YOU WILL: Translate business requirements into technical specifications, developing new features, and improving the existing ones to increase the functionality of Salesforce and its applications. Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to transform evolving requirements into working applications that meet the business and usability needs Work in partnership with business stakeholders to understand and document their business processes, issues, challenges, and opportunities. Ownership of small to medium d projects, driving the projects to completion while ensuring process adherence and business success. Provide critical support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis Leads user acceptance testing, identify testers, develop test scripts, and conduct test execution Understand integration points with other systems that interface with Salesforce and minimize ripple effects during development. Support Marketing, Sales, and Service projects and initiatives Comfortable with flexible and global work hours: this is a global team with business and team members on every major continent. There may be meetings with the team and business that may be later in the evening on a regular basis. You have the flexibility to adjust your work hours so long as job responsibilities are met. Your EDUCATION OR BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE: Strong analytical and data-driven approach to provide solutions, hands on troubleshooting, and issue resolution Strong capability to deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges High productivity, strong work ethics, commitment to meeting deadlines and to make steady progress on long-term projects without the need for \'fire drills\' or last-minute panic Highly self-motivating and able to work without supervision since this is a flexible work-from-home position on a global team with global management. Ability and skills to work asynchronously, using online collaboration and work management tools to maximize productivity and value-add to the business while minimizing interruptions to work. Ability to drive towards a solution even when there is some business ambiguity 3 years of experience in Salesforce, or other CRM system. Experience in specific Salesforce applications (CPQ, Sales Cloud, Field Service, etc.) a plus Salesforce knowledge: Administration, data model, sharing and security architecture, standard Salesforce capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a global environment (in English), with both technical and non-technical team members and business users around the world. Outstanding understanding of new and existing technological capabilities in Salesforce and other IT solutions and ability to apply solutions within Videojet Programming and/or SQL-related coding experience, and other CRM or ERP experience would be advantageous.
