Job Type: Full-timeTimings: 5PM IST to 1AM ISTAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Salesforce System Administrator / Engineer to manage, configure, and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Salesforce administration, security management, automation, and system enhancements to support business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Salesforce environments, including user management, security, roles, and permissions.Configure and customize Salesforce, including workflows, process automation, validation rules, and page layouts.Manage data integrity, imports/exports, and ensure compliance with best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with developers and business users.Implement integrations with third-party tools and APIs.Stay updated on new Salesforce features, releases, and best practices to optimize system performance.Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.Required Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Engineer.Certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data management, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex triggers).Tools & Integrations: Experience with Salesforce APIs, third-party integrations, and AppExchange products.Problem-solving: Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.Thanks & Regards,Poornima KTeThanks & Regards,Poornima KTechnical Recruiter732-807-1942 Ext 109poornima@techpunditsinc.comwww.techpunditsinc.com
