About The Company:ARA's Client is a leading IT solutions provider, offering Applications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow, domain and process expertise.The Role:A Salesforce Support Engineer to manage a project for one of our biggest clients in Real Estate domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs and MuleSoft.
• Work with source control tools such as Git and Autorabit.
• Demonstrate strong experience and understanding of Salesforce security architecture.
• Perform configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Plan, design, develop, and maintain multiple complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring the quality of offshore programming efforts.
• Collaborate across multiple scrum teams and follow leading-edge development, testing, and deployment practices on the Salesforce platform.

Skills Required:

• 5+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce LWC, Salesforce.com, including Force.com Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant, and their application within Salesforce.com.
• Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs and MuleSoft.
• Work with source control tools such as Git and Autorabit.
• Demonstrate strong experience and understanding of Salesforce security architecture.
• Perform configuration, customization, and programming with Apex APIs, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports, and Dashboards.
• Adhere to Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations.
• Plan, design, develop, and maintain multiple complex Salesforce implementations, ensuring the quality of offshore programming efforts.
• Collaborate across multiple scrum teams and follow leading-edge development, testing, and deployment practices on the Salesforce platform.
• Analyze problems, conduct root cause analysis, and assist in the resolution of issues using defined problem management procedures.
• Provide application support and maintenance for customer applications.
• Manage full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 750+ user licenses.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of work experience.
• Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
