Lightning Expert/Specialist Responsibilities: . Identify current application architecture, and refine/redesign application architecture to convert organization\'s system of business from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning one . In-depth knowledge of Lightning Experience development and display of full understanding of how new UX impacts Apex, Visualforce, APIs and more . Learning and practical expertise of how to use Visualforce to customize Lightning Experience . Learning and practical expertise of how to use Lightning components in Lightning Experience . Designing and creating the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application build . Ability, Expertise and knowledge to build apps faster with reusable Lightning components (standard/custom) . Knowledge and understanding of underlying Lightning aura framework . Knowledge of design guidelines and principles of Lightning Design System using CSS/Bootstrap framework . Designing and building web & mobile Lightning interfaces on the Force.com platform using Visualforce, Apex and other available tools . Undertaking R&D, prototyping and are expected to actively participate in the Salesforce.com community . Strong problem solving skills, should be able to research and understand an undocumented set up and application . Expertise in data modelling and user interface development principles . Providing appropriate technical specifications to Technical Consultants in delivering lightning solutions Skills Required: . 5 - 8 years of hands-on design and development experience with the Salesforce.com and experience with hands-on APEX and Visualforce development . 3 - 5 years of experience working in Lightning technology OR atleast 1 end-to-end Salesforce.com Lightning project implementation . Excellent knowledge and working with Lightning Experience, Lightning Design System, Lightning Components and Lightning App Builder . Excellent knowledge of CRM solutions, Sales, Service and Marketing clouds and Lightning . Expertise to develop applications on Force.com platform . Hands-on experience on developing apps using Lightning Components and aura framework . Expert level in APEX, VISUALFORCE, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS/Bootstrap, HTML, XML, Design patterns and Lightning Knowledge . Wide experience of UX/UI design
