Once You Are Here, You Will: Identify and Align customer\'s business requirements to the native Vlocity functionality and construct a development plan that will deliver the desired solution Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation within the Salesforce Industries/Vlocity platform Act as the main point of contact and escalation for daily service issues along with PM and be a primary point of contact for Stakeholders Prepare/Review Test Scripts and Unit testing of changes Provide training, support, and leadership to the larger project team Ensure functionality is delivered per the SOW. Identify deviations and communicate to project leadership. Follow all project standard operating procedures (SOP) related to time reporting, DevOps, reporting status, updating PM/ticketing system for assignments, bugs, events, incidents, requests, changes, problems, etc. Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a Salesforce developer role with at least 2 of those in Vlocity development in Agile practices 2 years + experience of working with deployment teams, using Agile development techniques Hands on LWC experience
