Job Title: Solution Architect.

We are looking for a talented Solution Architect who works closely with business systems analysts and developers as part of an Agile team to design, build, and deliver solutions. The SA will also drive solution design for projects and production support working with IT and Business SMEs. The role will also develop and configure the FinancialForce PSA tool via the FinancialForce managed package and develop custom solutions on the Force.com platform including work in Apex, Visual Force, and application integration patterns.Why it\'s a big deal\xe2\x80\xa6
This is one of the critical roles in the internal IT function, where the Solution Architect will be responsible for both technical and solution architecture of the product. A Conga Solution Architect will also be multi-task in areas such as; business process configuration, testing coordination, queue & scheduled releases management, and ensuring delivery is on track.Are you the person we\'re looking for?Salesforce Solution experience. You should have a total of 10+ years overall experience and at least 5 years in FinancialForce/ Salesforce.com experience. You should have hands-on experience with RDBMS like Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL, working experience with table and relationship design, and query optimization. Declarative (Workflows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules) and programmatic (Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages) Salesforce development. Demonstrated experience working as part of an Agile development team.Frontend technologies. You should be proficient in programming using JavaScript, HTML, and XML; Apex and Visual Force experience is preferred.Education. Good communication skills. Solid communication skills and ability to convey technical solutions to the end-user of all levels of ability and demonstrated professionalism interacting with both internal and external audiences. Good and clear communication skills to be able to work productively across onsite/offshore teams. Should be able to manage projects as needed.Analytical thinker and creative problem solver. You can see issues holistically and follow the flow of the stack to get to the root of the matter -- a key skill in this role. But where you really shine is with your ability to identify creative solutions to unique customer requirements. This is critical for ensuring our customers issues are resolved in a manner that meets or exceeds their expectations without increasing their costs.Certifications.
