The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in Salesforce development, security, and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design: Architect scalable and secure Salesforce solutions based on business requirements, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and IT standards.
Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex Salesforce applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and flows.
Integration: Lead and design Salesforce integrations with external systems (REST, SOAP, etc.) and internal applications, ensuring data consistency and security.
Performance Optimization: Utilize Salesforce Lightning security and performance features to ensure the system is robust, secure, and scalable.
Security Compliance: Implement and ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices, including profiles, roles, sharing rules, encryption, and data security.
Business Process Automation: Leverage flows, process builder, and other declarative tools to automate complex business processes.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor Salesforce developers and admins on best practices, development standards, and technical challenges.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
System Maintenance & Documentation: Ensure system stability through regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and comprehensive documentation of all architecture and code.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience with a focus on Salesforce development and architecture.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies such as Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
Deep understanding of Salesforce Lightning security and performance optimization features.
Expertise in Salesforce platform customization, including declarative development, security, and automation tools.
Proficient in integrating Salesforce with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.
Solid experience with Salesforce governance, including managing sandbox environments and release management.
Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect, are highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
