We are currently seeking a Salesforce (SFDC)-Service Cloud Developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

In these roles you will be responsible for:

• Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions
• Work in Agile environment.
• Good communication skills and able to work independently on requirements.
• Collaborate with project/business teams to reproduce, analyze, and fix issues. Demonstrate ownership and accountability through self-directed task management.

Requirements for this role include:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in developing Salesforce solutions
• Good knowledge on Apex, SOQL, XML/JSON, Visualforce, LWC and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative and administration
• In depth understanding of cases, service contracts, case management, entitlement, milestones, communities, live agent, and knowledge base
• understanding of use case related to functionality for multiple interaction channels (communities, mobile, phone, email etc...)
• Salesforce PD1/PD2 and Service cloud consultant certification
• Liaise with internal clients and users to understand their business needs in developing solutions
• Experience in working in Agile environment.

• hands on experience on Experience cloud(Communities)

Preferences: - Optional (nice-to-have\'s)

• Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
