As a Salesforce Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in implementing, and customizing Salesforce solutions tailored to the specific needs of the specific industry, leveraging the capabilities of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and/or HLS cloud. You will collaborate with, business analysts, solution architects, technical architects , and development teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions. The solutions you build for the long-term and will scale with the customer\'s growth plans seamlessly. You have demonstrable experience integrating systems via API\'s as well as a strong development background.In this role, we are looking for someone with expertise in Salesforce and with sufficient hands-on experience on Salesforce platform, Integration, Data Management, Apex/Visualforce , LWC, and Omnistudio (Omniscripts, Flex cards, IP\'s, Dataraptors etc) RESPONSIBILITY Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution architects, technical architects, and other stakeholders, to ensure smooth project delivery and successful implementation of Salesforce solutions. Configure, customize and develop Salesforce functionality using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies like Omnistudio, specifically tailored to the insurance and Health domain and aligned with the capabilities of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or HLS Cloud. Implement integrations between Salesforce and other downstream systems or third-party applications, leveraging the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and/or HLS Cloud.framework and industry-standard integration tools (IP\'s) and protocols. Conduct thorough unit testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of Salesforce solutions and development tools. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring they follow Salesforce development best practices and standards specific to the specific industries best practices. Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Follow and help define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed. Familiar with source code, version management, and code deployment standards. Ability to understand a project and ability in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, debugging code, and conducting root cause analysis to identify and address issues in a timely manner. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation, including solution design documents, technical specifications, and system architecture diagrams specific to Salesforce industry solutions. EXPERIENCE 67 to 10 years of hands-on experience on the Salesforce platform , Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), and/or Health and Life science Cloud. Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, and Community Clouds Understanding of systems architecture and ability to craft scalable solutions Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and standard methodologies Understanding of data sharing and transparency considerations and how these play into platform architecture Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth) Experience with platform security capabilities (TLS, SSL) Strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform, including customization, configuration, and development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), Vlocity Insurance and Health Quoting, OmniStudio, Dataraptors, Integration procedures. Experience in designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems, using industry-standard integration tools (IP\'s) and using different integration patterns. Knowledge on various asynchronous capabilities in salesforce and its use cases. Proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, data migration, and data management best practices. Solid grasp of environment management, release management, code versioning standard processes, and deployment methodologies Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to debug performance issues, both at client layer and apex layer. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams.
