What You Will Achieve You will help Pfizer build its information technology solutions. You will leverage your technical skills to design, develop and implement IT solutions which satisfy the short term or long terms needs of Pfizer. You will work on systems architecture, network systems and application infrastructure to deliver results. As a Manager, you provide guidance to operational teams for managing projects. Your planning skills will help in preparing forecasts for resource requirements, and providing areas of improvement for products, processes or services. Through your comprehensive knowledge of principles, concepts and theories of the discipline, you will also work towards advancing new concepts and methodologies. How You Will Achieve It Provide guidance, lead/co-lead projects, manage own time to meet objectives and plan resource requirements for projects across the division. Act as a thought leader on emerging digital technologies. Work within a team of product managers responsible for the vision, strategy, design, and roadmap of digital products for patients and the internal stakeholders. Use technical acumen and knowledge of technologies to provide detailed advice regarding applications and executes specialized tasks. Analyze support trends, identify and lead implementation of process improvements. Evaluate historical data and build appropriate models to understand user behavior, business trends, and performance. Collaborate with the Global Business Intelligence (GBI) regional and global colleagues for successful delivery of multiple projects. Ensure the delivery of project management deliverables as defined for the size, scale, complexity and regulatory compliance of the assigned program or project. Ensure proper Systems Development Lifecycle Management Regulatory Compliance. Deliver fully automation regression testing of major solutions for reduced testing time. Ensure application changes and fixes are aligned with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change Management processes. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with Pfizer teams through a high performing engagement model, including vibrant Communities of Practice. Qualifications Must-Have Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements in Salesforce CRM and Health Cloud. Provide guidance and coaching on Agile best practices to the teams and the wider organization, ensuring that Agile practices are adopted consistently across all projects. Work closely with the Enterprise Architecture group to ensure that solutions align with the overall enterprise architecture and technology roadmap. Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that risks are identified and managed effectively and that the project is on track to meet its objectives. Manage project delivery, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment. Integrate Salesforce CRM with third-party systems and applications such as MuleSoft, Tableau, and Health Cloud, using APIs and middleware. Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure that applications are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Configure and customize Salesforce Health Cloud to meet the needs of healthcare providers and patients. Basic Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience developing custom solutions in Salesforce CRM and Health Cloud. At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong background in Salesforce. Experiencein an Agile/Scrumdevelopment methodology within sizable corporate organizations Experience working with project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Safe or Agile. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex programming language. Hands-on experience with integrating Salesforce CRM with third-party systems and applications, such as MuleSoft, Copado , AccelQ , and Automation. Expertise in Tableau reporting and dashboard development. Familiarity with Salesforce Health Cloud and its components, such as Care Coordination, Provider Relationship Management, and Health Cloud Data Model. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps. Knowledge of software security principles and experience implementing security controls in Salesforce, including OWASP, CIS, and NIST standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experiencein an Agile/Scrumdevelopment methodology within sizable corporate organizations Nice-to-Have Lead and manage multiple ARTs and Scrum teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions using Agile methodologies.
