About The Opportunity DMI, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Senior QA Engineer to join our company. Duties And Responsibilities: As a Salesforce QA Engineer, you\'ll work with our team of talented consultants to support Salesforce solutions for our clients across multiple Salesforce and related platforms. Develop, execute, refine, and maintain Automation Test cases/scripts. Design and write automation scripts, debug test cases, use automation frameworks, probe into problems that arise post-testing. Ensure that the software code meets both functional and non-functional requirements and fulfils the acceptance criteria. We need a QA engineer that understands Salesforce so he/she can receive the business knowledge from team and help them to test the use cases, identify issues, create tickets, and assign them to the appropriate developers. Qualifications Duties and Responsibilities: 3+ years of experience in QA Testing Salesforce testing experience is preferred. Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met. Act as a key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures (manual and automated). Manage documentation and Testing schedules.Work with business analysts and developers to create test plans and test cases from use cases/user stories. Perform manual and automated testing for various applications. Perform manual, sandbox testing of Salesforce.com or Force.com applications, and user workflows with Agile methodology. Ensure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specification and have sufficient test coverage. Perform Unit, Functional, Smoke, Regression and System Integration Testing, as well. As Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Load Testing, Deployment Testing, and Qualifications: Bachelor\'s/master\'s degree required - Computer Science, IT or equivalent. 3+ years of relevant working experience Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform Direct experience working on CRM projects for middle market and enterprise size companies.
