Provides best practices on the usage of email platforms and tools to our internal people and clients
Works with the business to craft new solutions using email tools and platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Responsys and others
Understands, customises and optimises the entire email process, to include new requirements, development, test, production execution and quality control
Responds to internal requests for solution assistance on deployed email platforms within our production organisation
Provides guidance and oversight to solution leads and developers
Works closely with engagement leadership to develop and grow engagements
Translates data into significant information in a concise and effective manner
The successful candidate should be able to lead large-scale full Salesforce Marketing Cloud(SFMC) implementations (Salesforce.com, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Exact Target, Personalization Builder) providing both oversight and hands on contributions to the software design, development, and integration.
The successful candidate will be able to display thought leadership, technical prowess, and the ability to manage cross-division, cross-functional teams from project inception to completion.
Act as a consultant and technical expert on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud to serve clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs
Ability to participate and lead technology discussions with prospects
Experience in leading large scale technology implementations.
Experience in legacy migration and re-platform of technology solutions.
Ability to lead technology conversations with Sr. Management (be an internal and external technology solutions evangelist) and be the technology voice of the solution.
Responsible and accountable for the implementing client technology solution architecture, contribute to the larger projects in the role of senior technologist.
Implements data feeds, platform configuration, and components needed to run complex automated email campaigns.
Proactively identify and resolve problems including client data feed issues.
Stay abreast of industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions.
Help us continuously improve by identifying, creating, and enhancing internal systems and processes based on recurring client requests or evolving industry standards.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in Marketing Cloud Configuration, development (Journey builder, Content builder, Contact builder, Audience builder and Automation etc.), Reports and Dashboards, Integration, and Data Migration
Email Studio knowledge - A/B Testing, Segmentation, and Integration with microsites, websites and landing pages, personalization concepts, triggered emails, campaign waves, SMS - short code and long code configuration and testing.
Overall Data Model understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud inclusive of table entities like - Contacts, Leads, Response, Account, Product/s and other Data Extension tables.
Good to have strong basics in Social Studio integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Involving account setup, tracking and closing the marketing loop.
Experience on Amp script coding. Good to have other scripting knowledge like JS, etc.HTML, CSS, knowledge preferable for cloud pages design.
Strong expertise in SQL for reporting and analysis
Good to know custom block SDK development for SFMC
Should have the required knowledge for configuring mobile push notifications and troubleshooting
Analytical tools knowledge to interpret and analyse web interactions
Mandatory to be Salesforce Email certified specialist and MC Consultant certified
Knowledge on API-REST and SOAP for out of the box SFMC and Integration concepts
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master Degree in Computer Science with >= 7 years of IT experience
Must Have Skills:
SFMC Journey orchestration (trigger campaign, batch campaign), automation, query, data extensions. Hands on Exp on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Modules Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Analytics Builder
Understanding of programming languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (SSJS).
Familiarity with data integration and management.
Knowledge of SQL and data analytics.
Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM principles.
Good to have Skills:
Working knowledge of Salesforce Personalization
Working knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud
Working knowledge of marketing cloud connect
Working knowledge of complicated multi-level business unit set up
Some knowledge of CAN-SPAM Act in SFMC
