: Job Title: Salesforce Lead Developer Experience Range: 8-9 years (Total IT experience)

• Salesforce Experience: Salesforce development, implementation, administration, and configuration

Hiring Location: Noida, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Trivandrum Must-Have Skills:

• Salesforce Development: Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, LWC, and JavaScript frameworks
• Salesforce Clouds (Mandatory): Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Integration Expertise (Mandatory):

• Salesforce integrations using SOAP, REST, WSDL, SSL
• Experience with Platform Events, Bulk API, Metadata API
• Integration with third-party applications and external systems
• Lightning & LWC: At least 4 projects in Salesforce Lightning, working on Aura framework/LWC
• Salesforce Administration & Customization:

• SFDC objects, data fields, page layouts, record types, workflows
• Reports, dashboards, document templates
• Automation & Configuration: Implementation of Flow, App Builder, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes
• Deployment & CI/CD: Experience with GitHub, GitLab, Bamboo, Copado, ANT migration tool, and resolving deployment errors
• Development Tools & Database:

• Visual Studio, SFDX, SOQL, Apex Data Loader
• SQL/PL-SQL, stored procedures (preferred)
• Certifications:

• Mandatory: Salesforce Platform Developer 1 & App Builder Certification
• Preferred: Advanced Developer (Platform Dev 2) or Advanced Admin (ADM301)

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Additional Salesforce Clouds: Experience with Community Cloud
• Other Salesforce Offerings: Exposure to Marketing Cloud/Pardot, Einstein AI, Analytics, FSL
• Additional Technologies: HTML/HTML5, CSS, XML, AJAX, Google APIs, jQuery, .Net/J2EE experience
• ETL Tools: Informatica, Boomi, Cast Iron, Mulesoft
• Salesforce Mobile & Other Platforms: Experience with Salesforce1, Heroku, Radian6, Einstein

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and LWC
• Develop and manage Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations
• Work on Salesforce integrations with external systems and APIs
• Develop and implement automation solutions using Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Apex Managed Sharing
• Work closely with onsite (USA-based) teams for requirement gathering, development, and knowledge transition
• Ensure best practices in coding, unit testing, and deployment using CI/CD tools
• Customize Salesforce UI, workflows, reports, and dashboards based on business needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance and security issues in Salesforce implementations
