Role: Salesforce FSL Developer - FTE Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore / Jaipur Exp: 3-5 Years Required Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Certified PD1/PD2, Sales/Service Cloud 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development 2 years\' experience with implementing FSL features and functionality on customer projects Strong understanding of Salesforce development principles and best practices Experience with Apex code, Lightning web components and Visualforce pages. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Roles and Responsibilities Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) Proven hands-on experience on implementing/customizing/configuring FSL for customers Design and implement robust and scalable Salesforce components, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning web components, and Visualforce pages. Participate in code reviews and ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and coding standards. Customize and configure Salesforce to support business processes, workflows, and automation. Implement and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems, including REST and SOAP APIs. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality, including debugging and testing. Keep up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices. Collaborate with senior developers and architects to contribute to the overall design and architecture of our Salesforce solutions. Assist in documenting technical designs, system configurations, and development processes. Provide support and training to end-users and other team members as needed
