Ideal candidate will get the opportunity to work in a dynamic team, responsible for designing, developing, implementing and maintaining elegant Customer Experiences tailored to meet our constantly evolving business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop complex Digital Experience solutions, including customizations, integrations, and enhancements, with a primary focus on Digital Customer and Partner ExperiencesCollaborate with snr team members, business analysts and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutionsManage integrations between Salesforce Digital Experience portal and various support and services tools, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperabilityDevelop and maintain Apex code, Test classes, and other custom solutions.Implement and customize Salesforce features, such as objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automationPerform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and stability of Salesforce applicationsManage deployments and release management processes in Salesforce environmentsStay up to date on Salesforce updates, new features, and emerging technologies, and evaluate their impact on our Salesforce ecosystemCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce solutionsEssential requirementsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration, customization, and developmentSalesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is preferredStrong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIsExperience with Salesforce integration technologies, such as REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce ConnectIn-depth understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settingsExperience with Salesforce development tools, including Salesforce DX, Git, Copado and CI/CD pipelinesExtensive experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud implementation and customization, Customer and Partner portalsExperience managing integrations with MuleSoft, Service Cloud, etc.Desired skillsStrong communication, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to implementing best practices in Salesforce development.Proven track record of delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budgetExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersAVEVA requires all successful applicants to undergo and pass a comprehensive background check before they start employment.
