We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Engineer who has good Salesforce Platform Knowledge with Administration, deployment, release and test management to join our dynamic team. Technical Skills: Must-Have Skillsets: uf0b7 Salesforce Platform Knowledge : Knowledge of Salesforce metadata, including Apex code uf0b7 Salesforce Admin Experience uf0b7 Copado Expertise : Hands-on experience with Copado for managing Salesforce deployments, metadata tracking, CI/CD, and release automation. uf0b7 Regression Testing (AccelQ) : Collaborate with Regression Testing team in using AccelQ uf0b7 GitHub : Knowledge in using GitHub for version control, branching strategies, pull requests workflows and resolving conflicts. Nice-to-Have Skillsets: uf0b7 Communications : Release and Stakeholder communications uf0b7 Salesforce Certifications : Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator uf0b7 Other CI/CD Tools : Salesforce CI/CD tools like Gearset Working Window uf0b7 Overlap with the customer place (currently operating out of CST and EST time zone) during US evening post 8 PM EST Activities: uf0b7 Release Management activities uf0b7 Post Release Checks: uf0b7 Verify Meta Data (Objects, Fields) uf0b7 Review logs - Debug logs, Apex logs uf0b7 Data Integrity Checks uf0b7 Release communication and Rollback Process & Behavioral Skills: uf0b7 Ability to handle multiple strategic & critical projects/deliveries simultaneously. uf0b7 Effective interpersonal, coaching, team building and communication skills. uf0b7 Ability to run/coordinate meetings, major incident calls and communicate with customers. uf0b7 Desire for continuous improvement and ownership skills. uf0b7 Ability to communicate complex technology to no tech audience in simple and precise manner. uf0b7 Quick learner, while working outside the area of expertise. uf0b7 Flexible to support 24*7 support environment. uf0b7 Ability to see the bigger picture and differing perspectives; to compromise, to balance competing priorities, and to prioritize deliverables.
