The Salesforce Developer with admin skills will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and customization and be involved in the implementation of Salesforce.com modules. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional technical skills in Administration, development and customization of salesforce and integration tools and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In this role the candidate will embrace and adhere to IT standards, processes and methodologies.*Description for Internal Candidates\xc2\xb7 5+ years technical development experience on salesforce\xc2\xb7 We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platformExtensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform.\xc2\xb7 Experience on salesforce platform optimizations and new features introductions\xc2\xb7 Ensuring data security by managing profiles, Permissions, roles, and sharing rules settings for both internal and external users.Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, VisualForce, Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL\xc2\xb7 Experience working with Salesforce customizations, approvals, workflows, process builder, flow, report, dashboard and process builder\xc2\xb7 Proficient in Salesforce data migration using different data tools such as Apex Data Loader, Excel Connector, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete etc.;\xc2\xb7 Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform, sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc.\xc2\xb7 Experience with CI/CD DevOps including using tools such as: GitHub, Jira\xc2\xb7 Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and OptimizerExperience working in an Agile project team environment\xc2\xb7 Experience working directly with product owners and business partners.\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with administrators, architects, and other cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to Salesforce development and customization.\xc2\xb7 Contribute to the overall improvement of development processes, coding standards, and tools.\xc2\xb7 Comfortable with ambiguity and effective with minimal guidance\xc2\xb7 Salesforce CPQ experience is nice to have\xc2\xb7 Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications preferred
