: Salesforce Fullstack Developer (LWC & Apex)

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Fullstack Developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex. The ideal candidate will have experience across at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.) and a strong ability to design and implement scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex classes to extend Salesforce functionality and improve user experience.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend logic , including Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and other automation tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams) to gather requirements and deliver effective, scalable solutions.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development , including high-quality, maintainable code and comprehensive unit testing .
• Integrate third-party services and applications using Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and middleware platforms .
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in production and sandbox environments.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality standards are met and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives .
• Optimize data models and workflows to ensure high system performance and user satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Salesforce development with a focus on LWC and Apex .
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce backend tools :
• Apex triggers, Flows, Process Builders, and Validation Rules.
• Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integrations.
• Experience working across at least two Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud ).
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and Salesforce frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, roles, sharing settings).
• Experience with CI/CD practices for Salesforce deployments is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II are highly desirable.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,200,000.00 per year
