Salesforce Developer - About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and metadata, as well as a strong background in DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions on the Service Cloud platform to enhance customer support and service delivery. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning, and other Salesforce technologies to meet business requirements.
• Configure and customize Service Cloud applications, including cases, knowledge base, and field service.
• Integrate Service Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems using APIs and web services.
• Optimize Service Cloud performance and scalability.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with business users and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in DevOps activities, including code versioning, deployment, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning, and Salesforce metadata.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, including workflow rules, validation rules, process builder, and approval processes.
• Strong understanding of Service Cloud features and functionalities.
• Experience with integration platforms and APIs (REST, SOAP).
• Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer) preferred.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Health cloud experience is preferred

Pay: ?388,062.14 - ?1,635,687.90 per year
