Job Description

Job Title : Salesforce Marketing Analyst/Developer

• Expertise with all Marketing Cloud Builders and Studios, Journey Builder, custom queries, personalization for email templates, AMP script-based dynamic templates, automation jobs, and building comprehensive customer journeys, with a solid understanding of Marketing Cloud's contact data model.
• Hands-on experience with Email Studio, including A/B testing, segmentation, integration with microsites, websites, and landing pages, personalization concepts, triggered emails, and campaign waves.
• Experience with Veeva CRM platform and familiarity with third-party HCP data is a plus.
• Front-end development experience, including building, editing, debugging, and troubleshooting Cloud Pages using HTML, CSS, SQL, and AMPscript on content management platforms like WordPress and Drupal.
• Experience implementing automated solutions using Marketing Cloud Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Proficiency with Google Analytics and social media analytics, marketing cloud intelligence using Datorama.
• Any experience and knowledge in implementing GenAI or Machine Learning capabilities will be a plus.
• Expertise in SQL and a deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's contact data model.
• Experience working with web hosting platforms, monitoring website performance, and ensuring platforms remain up to date with required patches to accommodate website traffic variations.
• Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Connector and MobileConnect is preferred.
