Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Lead Salesforce Developer, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities:

- Salesforce Development & Customization:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Implement complex business processes using Salesforce\'s declarative tools and programmatic methods.
- Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative development environment.
- Architecture & Design:
- Develop and implement scalable and robust Salesforce architecture solutions.
- Ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business objectives and IT strategy.
- Integration & Data Management:
- Oversee integration of Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.
- Manage data migrations, data quality, and data governance within Salesforce.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.
- Salesforce Administration:
- Perform advanced Salesforce administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and system configurations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to ensure optimal platform utilization.
- Troubleshooting & Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues.
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and uptime through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
- Education:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and SOSL.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), and ETL tools.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
