Our expanding product suite continues to protect patients and now also enhances multi-enterprise collaboration through innovative new applications such as MINT.Tracelink is recognized as an industry leader by Gartner and IDC, and for having a great company culture by Comparably.OverviewAs a member of the Enterprise Business Applications team, TraceLink EBA-IT is seeking a Salesforce Developer to establish, execute and manage TraceLink's growing Salesforce platform capabilities and operations across multiple business units. As the Developer resource and business partner, you will work across business units to define, develop and test new best practice-based capabilities in Salesforce Service Cloud and to meet rapidly evolving business goals. You will work on business requirement gathering, showcase best practices and help in operational work managing releases and iterative enhancements. In parallel, you will have operational and administrative responsibilities for the global deployment working in close collaboration with Information Security and other IT groups.Collaborating on a daily basis with many cross-functional business partners, the position calls for outstanding hands-on technical development, customer service and written/verbal communication skills. Equally as important are agile work methodology skills, project management expertise and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing and compliance-based cloud-first technology company.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping customized solutions within the Salesforce platform; designing, coding, testing and implementing in partnership with stakeholdersManaging and administering Project Management platforms like Clarizen including workflow automation, standardized and ad-hoc reporting and troubleshootingTesting the stability and functionality of newly developed codeTroubleshooting, bug fixing and issue resolutionWriting documentation and providing technical training for stakeholdersMaintaining the security and integrity of the platforms and integrationsParticipation in agile development processes with stakeholdersWork to resolve escalated business unit issues in a timely manner coordinating non-department resources as requiredBe a flexible and nimble team player with ability to handle multiple competing interestsQualifications2-3 years of Salesforce experience in Service & Sales Cloud Implementation & SupportBachelor's degree in computer science or related streamsPrevious work experience with application and software developmentExperience developing customer-facing interfacesAdvanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platformsProficient in Salesforce Configuration, flow builder, Apex, JavaScript, and VisualForceWorking knowledge of Data Loader/import wizard to migrate dataGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to problem solve high-level software and application issuesHands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data as well as creating roles, profiles, and reportsExcellent problem-solving, triage and troubleshooting skills coupled with the ability to work well both in teams and independentlyExperience in compliance to relevant data protection regulations and frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, Privacy Shield, ISO 27001, SOC1/2 requirements and controls)Additional RequirementsAbility to break down complex problems to make decisions and drive progress; strong strategic planning, project management and collaborative leadership skillsPossesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written; able to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work collaboratively with diverse leaders, communicate an IT vision and strategy across all levels of the organization, and build consensus around key initiatives and projectsHigh level of organization, attention to detail, and aptitude for planning/managing deadlinesExcellent project management skills with ability to work effectively with multiple functional areasStrong commitment to a team approach, and awareness of team and individual success dependenciesProven experience in exercising sound judgment and working independently with minimal supervision and/or guidance.Proactive problem-solver, and one who presents problems and recommendations simultaneouslySelf-motivated, highly-driven, independent, and results-oriented.
