Our journey is just getting started, the business has attracted amazing talent so far, and we don\xe2\x80\x99t plan on stopping yet!The Role:As a Salesforce Engineer, you will contribute to the design, coding, testing and implementing Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members. You will work closely with experienced individuals across Salesforce development and project teams. You will gain hands-on experience and learn key skills in different areas of Salesforce configuration and development. Ideally this person will know best practices, some challenges which may arise and help guide our team through the integration process.Responsibilities:As a Salesforce Developer, you will be working in a fast-paced start-up environment, your day-to-day responsibilities will include to:

• Execute Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, email-to-case, dashboards, cases, and reports.
• Sandbox environment management
• Identify and gather requirements, translate into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
• Implement and integrate third-party products/applications on the Salesforce platform.
• Work with Salesforce support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform.
• Identify unused or underutilized platform features.
• Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
• Proactive system maintenance includes security reviews, Release Updates, Health checks, and optimization.
• User support tickets
• Monitor and improve user adoption
• Write technical documentation and end-user guides

Requirements

• Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Services Cloud .
• Ability to gather requirements and design solutions.
• A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
• Experience in deployment processes.
• Experience in managing and administration of experience cloud sites.
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, dashboards, and reports

Desirable Requirements:

• Platform Developer 2, Javascript Developer 1 Certification, Community Cloud (Experience) Certification

• Experience in working with Apex Enterprise Pattern

• Experience in writing Jest Test for LWC

• Follows best practices and coding standards

• Strong Degree in: Engineering, Scientific, IT Computer Science, Business Information Systems or Mathematical degree
