Overview of Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Developer/Admin to join our developer team. You will design, enhance, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across various business functions, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver complex projects.

Duties & Responsibilities

? Lead the continual improvement and enhancement of the Salesforce platform

? Collaborate with external Salesforce development resources to improve Salesforce and drive product development with the engineering team.

? Take ownership of requests, from specification development to solution delivery, demonstrating accountability and reliability.

? Develop Apex (classes and triggers), and other custom coding (i.e JavaScript) to extend Salesforce to support business requirements.

? Partner closely with other engineering teams to integrate solutions seamlessly across the business's systems.

? Utilize Salesforce APIs to integrate with various internal systems as required.

? Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions that cater to business needs.

? Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.

? Embrace Agile methodologies, actively participating in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including sprint planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment and retrospectives.

? Collaborate with DevOps Engineers and Production Support teams to enable automated deployment of applications using a CI/CD pipeline across multiple environments, including production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? 2-3 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud development (Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs).

? Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and the Salesforce development life-cycle.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Effective collaboration and communication with internal business stakeholders / other Salesforce team members.

? Strategic thinking and ability to align Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives.

? Demonstrated ability to take ownership of requests and deliver high-quality solutions.

? Proficient in developing custom user interfaces using Visual Force pages and Lightning components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,500,000.00 per year
