Location -Bangalore /Hyderabad /Noida /Kolkata

Experience - 12-15 years

Minimum of 9+ year hands on experience in Salesforce Application Development (Overall 10+ IT experience)

Notice period - Immediate to 30 Days / LWD - 31 Aug 24 only
CTC - 40 LPA (FIXED ) +Variable (may vary based on years of relevant exp & last drawn)

Key Skills required:

Strong Apex coding

Exp on LWC and Aura

Exp on Integration (Rest API & SOAP)

Cloud exp (Sales cloud/service cloud etc.)

Exp on Team handling, and designing.

If a candidate is above 8 years make sure they will have Architect experience

u Lightning (AURA/LWC min 2+ years of Project experience)

u Integration (at least in REST API) experience in Projects, experience in developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers

u Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud / Experience cloud experience

u Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, best-practices for limit-informed development and security best practices

u Experience on deployment through changesets , Metadata, ANT based tools , experience in using git or similar tools for code management

u Good communication skills (esp Verbal)

u Self-motivated and creative, ability to mentor and coach & lead small technical team with proper guidance.

u Good attitude towards upskilling in new areas of SF platform

u Ability to understand business requirements, design and develop solutions within agreed timeline

u Hands-on development

1. Strict No -Nos

u Just Visual force experience

u Not having project experience in any of the must have JD skillsets

u Just Admin and configuration experience

u Just development experience but no tech lead exposure

2. Nice To Have

u SF Certification PD1/PD2, JavaScript Developer 1

u Experience in Development/deployment using SFDx

u Experience in CI/CD

u Working experience in Data migration
