This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build out the Koch Global Solutions India (KGSI) over the next several years. Working closely with global business partners, would provide significant global exposure to the employees.Our TeamThe Delivery Manager will be responsible for providing thought leadership to create SF capabilities for KGSI-GP. This role will measure outcomes and direct the applicable action. He/she will be responsible for SF solutions delivered from the KGSI and will manage SF resources located in the KGSI for GP business. He/she will be responsible for the performance and development of talent in the SF space. He/she will work closely with their global business partners on enterprise-wide delivery. He/she would be accountable to build up right capabilities (Right people in right role) by focusing more on additive skills specially in solutioning & Architecture and helping people to self-actualize by creating right opportunities to maximize the business outcome by applying division of labor by comparative advantage. Continuous focus on knowledge sharing, common frameworks, reusable components, and experimentations.What You Will Do\xc2\xb7 Be trusted partner and work together to deliver value from KGSI\xc2\xb7 Understand the business Roadmap and vision of GP CX. Get the team aligned with business priorities and goals.\xc2\xb7 Lead the SF solutions and ensure that development is executed according to the design documents and principles.\xc2\xb7 Manages the team and represents a point of escalation for the team.\xc2\xb7 Plan and track the work schedule and resource utilization along with the delivery estimates.\xc2\xb7 Provide technical thought leadership in various aspects of technical delivery.\xc2\xb7 Work in collaboration with our GP business partners, KGSI CX leader and teams.\xc2\xb7 Highlight any delays / issues and work on mitigation plan.\xc2\xb7 Ensure daily standups happen and project trackers are updated daily.\xc2\xb7 Participate in team selection, hiring and coaching.\xc2\xb7 Focus on building high performing team.\xc2\xb7 Communicate with the relevant stakeholdersWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s/master\'s degree in computer science/information technology with more than 10+ years of leading and driving transformation and creating better business outcomes.\xc2\xb7 Good experience of leading and managing SF capability along with driving technology thought leadership & transformation.\xc2\xb7 Good exposure of SF solutions & Architecture\xc2\xb7 Valuable experience of defining & executing appropriate strategies, operating & delivery models\xc2\xb7 Good experience of developing people and managing their performance & aspirations to maximize the business outcome by applying division of labor by comparative advantage.\xc2\xb7 Strong customer focus, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.\xc2\xb7 Capable to own the delivery and get the expected business outcome delivered.\xc2\xb7 Should possess understanding of CI/CD and DevOps\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communicationWhat Will Put You Ahead\xc2\xb7 Good understanding of manufacturing domain\xc2\xb7 Exposure to Scrum Master and Project Management metricsWho We AreAs a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
