Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce CRM solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Salesforce architecture documents and design patterns.
Ensure timely implementation of Salesforce CRM projects, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams during the implementation process.
Able to provide recommendation for improvements and drive those for completion.
Manage clients expectation and exposure to have worked in FP project handling onshore and offshore teams.
Should be able to work horizontally supporting the organisation in the proposals and other required areas.
Assertive and good communicator.
Total experience 10-12 yrs.
