• Candidate must have 5-10 years of experience in development and supporting Salesforce cloud applications.
• Should have working knowledge of Salesforce Sales process using standard objects such as Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts etc.
• Must have experience of Sales Cloud standard objects integrations with custom applications which extends the capabilities of Salesforce.
• Should have hands on experience in supporting CPQ applications such as Salesforce CPQ etc. on Salesforce.
• Should have good understanding of Lead to Cash business process.
• Should be proficient in writing SOQL queries.
• Having working knowledge of Invoicing applications like Zuora on Salesforce will be an added advantage.
• Must be proficient in debugging Apex code, Writing Apex Test Classes.
• Should be strong in developing and debugging all types of Salesforce Flows.
• Must know to debug integrations on Salesforce using REST/SOAP API tools such as Postman, SOAP UI etc.
• Should knowing Create a Price Rule to Modify Pricing Guidance, product bundles, multiple order and integrations with other application from CPQ is necessary
• Having a knowledge of integration platforms like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft etc. will be an added advantage.
• Must have working knowledge in a CI/CD eco-system with multiple ORGs using VS Code, Github/Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.
• Good have experience on Document handling tools such as DocuSign, Conga Composer etc.
• Should have a sound knowledge of Salesforce Limits and Limitations.
• Validation Rules, Flows, Async Apex debugging, Duplicate Management, Bulk Data Import/Export, Roles, Profiles, Permission Set, User records Management, SOQL, Lightning components Debugging, Javascript, Visualforce page debugging.
