We look forward to hearing from you!Job Title: SALESFORCE (Core) LeadLocation: Onsite at any Capgemini Location-Pan IndiaDuration: FulltimeResponsibilityo Offshore technical leado Manage technical project team members (offshore).o Resource allocation and work prioritization, effort estimations with respect to delivering as per agreed timelines, guiding developers with technical solutions and best practiceso Collaborate closely with onshore team members to ensure seamless project executionRequirements:o Management/Personal:Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce projects execution with at least 3+ years in lead role.Systems design experience, with the ability to design or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present to the client.o SalesforceExperience in Sales cloud (Telco domain preferred)Proven experience with APEX and LWC (3 years exp).
