Job responsibilities \xe2\x97\x8f Develop business requirements, solution design for implementation of CRM solutions. Strategize the change process and assist client in implementing an effective CRM solution \xe2\x97\x8f Provide probable solution options for customer service sales processes and functional architecture and act as an SME for full scale CRM implementation \xe2\x97\x8f Collect, formulate, and disseminate best practices on solution positioning and delivery for customers and formulate into intellectual property to grow our practice and library of tools; proactively identify existing or pending knowledge gaps and act to address them Required skills \xe2\x97\x8f Lightning Components, Events, Component Bundles etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Must have worked on both Salesforce Configuration and Customizations. \xe2\x97\x8f Hands on experience on Writing Triggers, VF pages, Test class batch class. \xe2\x97\x8f Worked on Workflows , Processbuilder, Approval process etc. \xe2\x97\x8f Work on the Deployment using the Eclipse or Change Set etc. Additional skills: \xe2\x97\x8f Good technical skills in Salesforce CRM Technologies used and experience/trained in all phases of systems development and system maintenance. \xe2\x97\x8f Good analysis and problem solving skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Good written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of SDLC practices and ability to apply them to system development (where applicable) or maintenance. \xe2\x97\x8f Good team player, able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities. \xe2\x97\x8f Should agree to our motto of \xe2\x80\x9cWork hard, Party Harder\xe2\x80\x9d Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9606,099.40 - 91,821,646.83 per year Benefits:
