Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration and Configuration
• Design, build, and optimize efficient Salesforce flows, including invokable flows, to support discrete and larger development efforts.
• Configure custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other advanced Salesforce functionalities.
• Ensure Salesforce security by managing profiles, roles, permission sets, and compliance measures.
• Administer third-party applications integrated with Salesforce, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
• Provide expertise in designing and implementing processes to enhance user adoption and organizational effectiveness.
Integration and Data Management
• Map data, provide integration design support, and facilitate data migration efforts.
• Work with integration tools such as MuleSoft Composer, Zapier, FinancialForce, Conga Composer and others to streamline processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and connected applications.
End-User Support and Training
• Provide frontline end-user support to internal customers (200+ users), resolving a range of issues from simple to complex in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage and resolve tickets in the internal support queue, including error resolution, user management, and critical daily requests.
• Offer technical assistance, troubleshoot bugs, and implement enhancements to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to train and empower users with best practices and tools for Salesforce.
Reporting and Analytics
• Build and maintain reports using standard Salesforce functionality.
• Provide insights and analytics by leveraging strong knowledge of Salesforce object relationships and reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a focus on Sales Cloud (Service Cloud experience is a plus).
• Proven ability to create, maintain, and troubleshoot automations using Salesforce Flow and Process Builders.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, functionality, and security.
• Ability to design and implement new processes while driving user adoption.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft Composer, FinancialForce, Formstack, Sales Engagement, EAC etc).
• Background in administering Salesforce-connected apps and third-party tools.
• Expertise in declarative automation and customization using Salesforce's toolset.
