Duration: log term Shift: 2 Details: Job Title: Salesforce Administrator : As a Salesforce Administrator, you will manage all elements of user and license administration, which encompasses activities such as setting up new users, deactivating accounts, defining roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, organization-wide defaults (OWD), and sharing rules. You will work closely with our onsite team and our cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Salesforce solutions. Job Requirements Details: Job /Skills Requirement: 5+ years of sales force experience with 3+ years working as a Salesforce Administrator Strong understanding of the core Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, and Pardot) with functional knowledge of other areas of the Product Suite (Experience Cloud, Analytics Cloud, etc.) Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Advanced Admin certifications would certainly be a plus. Manage all administrative functions, including but not limited to user account maintenance, configuring the following: flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic forms, actions, custom settings, reports, dashboards, and other routine tasks to meet user story objectives. Experience in the continuous delivery and deployment pipeline. Conduct regular internal system audits and prepare for the Salesforce platform upgrades. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and business stakeholders, to understand feature requirements, development timelines, and release schedules. Identify unused or underutilized platform features. Proactively manage system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health check, and optimizer. Develop automation processes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency. Manage change by effectively communicating Salesforce updates, new features, and changes in processes to ensure a smooth transition. Strong understanding of environment management, org strategy, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment, either on a team or as an individual contributor.
