Our company is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer and Administrator with extensive experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our business. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization. We are seeking a self-starter, with a bias towards action, who can recognize and make process improvement recommendations. And, will also be motivated, team oriented and passionate about Salesforce technology. Requirements and Responsibilities: Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement custom applications, objects, workflows, and processes using Salesforce declarative tools and Apex programming language. Create and maintain Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and Lightning web components to enhance user experience and address business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical designs and solutions. Customize and extend Salesforce functionalities using Apex triggers, classes, and asynchronous processes. Salesforce Administration: Configure and manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings to ensure data integrity and user access control Perform regular data maintenance, data imports/exports, and data cleansing to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Manage and maintain various Salesforce integrations with third-party systems, ensuring data consistency and smooth flow of information. System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other business systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications to streamline processes and data sharing. Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to ensure seamless data flow. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving issues related to configuration, customization, and usage of the Salesforce platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system-related problems and implement solutions. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, workflows, and processes. Create user guides, technical specifications, and training materials to support end-users and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to recommend and implement enhancements to the platform. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the Salesforce environment. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, and/or Salesforce Developer, are highly desirable. Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder), Apex programming language, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience with data modeling, database design, and integration techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders, document processes, and provide user support. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
