OverviewWaters is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to work collaboratively with other team members on the implementation and support of our new Salesforce platform and Digital Transformation. In this role, you will be working as a key member of the Customer platform team within IT department. Your role is to support the current and next generation of technology to our global CRM Systems across all divisions and business units at Waters. The role will focus on Salesforce operations, to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve system problems based on reported issues and manage support tickets, as well as operational monitoring.
