About the Job:



The mission of the Revenue Systems Manager is to be responsible for managing and optimizing Vendasta's CRM system and other integrated tools within the martech stack, including sales engagement platforms, automation tools, revenue intelligence systems, and contract software. The incumbent of this role requires a strategic thinker with technical expertise in Salesforce, a keen understanding of sales and marketing processes, and a passion for driving operational excellence and will be responsible for supporting internal teams, enhancing data accuracy, and ensuring seamless integrations across systems.

Your Impact:


System Management & Optimization:


• Own and manage a subset of Vendasta's martech tools, including Salesforce and integrated platforms, ensuring data accuracy, functionality, and alignment with business objectives.


Project Collaboration:


• Support system consolidation and migration projects, from technical rollout to cost efficiency and improved reporting capabilities.


Data Integration & Automation:


• Oversee the integration of marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring accurate data flow and enabling effective tracking of leads, opportunities, and client activities.


Process Improvement:


• Identify inefficiencies within operational processes and tools, recommending and implementing new solutions to streamline workflows and increase productivity.


Cross-Department Collaboration:


• Serve as a liaison with R&D, sales, marketing, and product teams to customize and optimize systems, campaigns, and marketing processes.


User Training & Support:


• Provide training and support for end-users to maximize tool adoption and proficiency, developing documentation and conducting training sessions as needed.


Vendor Management:


• Oversee vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, procurement, and compliance.


User & Data Management:


• Manage user roles, permissions, and account setups in Salesforce.
• Ensure data accuracy by performing data imports/exports, cleansing, and deduplication using tools like Data Loader.


Report & Dashboard Development:


• Create custom reports and dashboards using tools such as Lightning Report Builder and Einstein Analytics, providing actionable insights for teams.


System Customization:


• Customize Salesforce by configuring objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules to meet business needs.
• Manage the data architecture, including setting up custom objects, fields, and validation rules.


Operational Excellence:


• Administer the Salesforce environment, manage security settings, perform maintenance, handle integrations, and ensure system updates.


Cross-Functional Strategy:


• Work with internal stakeholders to align CRM processes with strategic goals, providing insights and optimizing sales funnels.
• Collaborate on new initiatives that promote efficiency, data consistency, and enhanced lead generation.




What you bring to the table:


• Proficient in Salesforce architecture and data models, with hands-on experience in managing standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, and security settings.
• Skilled in Salesforce automation tools, such as workflows and process builders, and experienced in data import/export using Data Loader or Salesforce Connect.
• Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Looker) and experience creating advanced reports and dashboards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with multiple teams, including sales, marketing, and R&D, to implement CRM solutions that align with business objectives.
• Communication & Training: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for delivering effective training and support for end-users.
