Job Title: -Tele Sales(Business Loan)

Location: Chandkheda, Ahmedabad

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:-

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the goal of promoting and selling our products/services.

Engage with customers in a professional and persuasive manner to understand their needs and introduce relevant solutions.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Accurately document customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and other sources.

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, provide feedback, and contribute to overall sales strategy.

Stay informed about product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay updated on industry developments.

Handle customer objections and concerns professionally, seeking solutions to address their needs.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales/customer service role.

Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers over the phone.

Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Resilient and able to handle rejection positively.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or related fields is a plus.
