Job Description

• Position -Sales & Business development

We are seeking a Sales & Business Development professional for our Sales Department in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with 5 years of relevant experience in Hospitality/Furniture/ Tiles.

• The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals, closing deals to meet sales targets, and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.
• The role requires proactive follow-ups on ongoing leads, defining hot, warm, and cold leads, and submitting daily reports and Pre Journey Plans (PJP).
• Additionally, maintaining the prescribed CRM entries is essential. Achieving the given target is a must

1. Hospitality Knowledge:? In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry, including hotels, resorts, and related services.? Awareness of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.

2. Client Relationship Management:? Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitality clients.? Understanding the unique needs and expectations of hospitality customers.Sales and Business Development .

Sales Expertise: ? Proven track record in sales within the hospitality sector.? Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. .

Market Research: ? Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.? Analyzing market trends and competitor activities. .

Strategic Planning: ? Developing and implementing effective sales and business development strategies.? Setting and achieving sales targets and goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month

• Day shift
• Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
