Job Role: Sales Voice Process
• Making outbound calls and explaining our product details answering customer questions.
• Handling customer complaints
• Resolving issues and conflicts
• Providing customer support and guidance
• Promoting the company's products and services
• Upselling other products to customers
• Taking payment information
Requirements

Qualification: +12 pass to any degree
Experience: Fresher to max 3 yrs exp only we need
Work time: 9:00am to 6:00pm

candidates should know Tamil languages fluently
Ready to join Immediately.
Should work on target base.
