• To achieve his sales target for the assigned area
• To promote the assigned products for the assigned area
• To generate leads & converting leads into sales
• To ensure payment collection
• To build effective rapport with customer/distributors
• To comply with company's systems and processes
• Be fully aware of industry trends in terms of evolving customer need and competitor activities.
• To ensure administrative support to Zonal office and HO



Requirements


(Qualification, No of yrs experience) Qualification: B.Sc. / B.E / MBA (Sales & Marketing)

COMPETENCY REQUIRED : (Behavioural / Technical)

Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Good Communication: Rapport Building, Self-Learner, Sales Mindset, Time Management, Market Knowledge.
