Plan Training Schedules: Organize and plan training sessions regularly.
Evaluate Training Impact: Assess how well the training is being applied and how it helps in generating new business from existing customers.
Improve Processes: Find any issues in the current processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
Report Effectiveness: Provide reports on how effective the training programs are.
Maintain Training Records: Keep the training curriculum and records updated.
Education Requirements for Sales Training Specialist
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant Experience: Practical experience in sales, customer service, or training and development is highly desirable.
