  • Analyze Training Needs: Identify what training is needed for team members who interact with customers over the phone, both incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Create Sales Training Programs: Develop quality training programs to help team members upsell (sell additional products) and cross-sell (sell related products).
  • Plan Training Schedules: Organize and plan training sessions regularly.
  • Evaluate Training Impact: Assess how well the training is being applied and how it helps in generating new business from existing customers.
  • Improve Processes: Find any issues in the current processes and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Report Effectiveness: Provide reports on how effective the training programs are.
  • Maintain Training Records: Keep the training curriculum and records updated.
Education Requirements for Sales Training Specialist
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: Practical experience in sales, customer service, or training and development is highly desirable.
