A Sales Trainer will enhance the skills and performance of our sales team in the FMCG industry. This role involves identifying training needs, developing content, and coaching sales professionals to achieve their full potential and meet business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs by analysing sales team performance and conducting skill gap analyses.
• Design and deliver customized training programs tailored to the FMCG industry.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and role-play scenarios, to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions for sales professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product developments to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Collaborate with sales managers and HR teams to align training programs with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales team members.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement to management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of FMCG sales processes and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to use training tools and software effectively (e.g., PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems).
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and engage participants.
• Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
