Responsibilities:
• Assess training needs by analysing sales team performance and conducting skill gap analyses.
• Design and deliver customized training programs tailored to the FMCG industry.
• Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and role-play scenarios, to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions for sales professionals.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and product developments to ensure training content remains relevant.
• Collaborate with sales managers and HR teams to align training programs with business objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales team.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to sales team members.
• Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and recommendations for improvement to management.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales training, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs.
• Skills and Knowledge:
• Strong understanding of FMCG sales processes and market dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
