Uprising Global Skills are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Trainer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and delivering effective sales training programs.

This role involves designing, implementing, and evaluating training initiatives to enhance the sales team's performance and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs aligned with the company's sales strategy and objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the sales team.
• Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, role-playing exercises, and sales tools.
• Deliver training sessions in various formats, including classroom, online, and one-on-one coaching.
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales representatives to improve their sales skills and performance.
• Track and measure training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback.
• Stay up-to-date on sales trends, best practices, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with sales management to identify training needs and measure the impact of training programs.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in sales training or a related field.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive training programs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using training software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education, or a related field preferred.
