Skillmount Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to lead and develop our sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering sales training programs, coaching sales personnel, and enhancing their skills to achieve sales targets in the EdTech industry.

Location: Tirur, Malappuram

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deliver sales training programs for new and existing sales teams.
• Identify training needs through performance assessments and develop tailored training solutions.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and support to sales representatives to enhance their selling skills.
• Conduct regular evaluations of sales training effectiveness and update materials as needed.
• Monitor and analyze sales team performance, ensuring they meet or exceed their targets.
• Collaborate with management to refine sales processes, strategies, and tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably within the EdTech sector.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams to perform at their best.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
