Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. As a Sales Trainer (Real Estate), you will be responsible for training and developing our sales team. Your day-to-day tasks will include designing and delivering training programs, conducting sales performance assessments, providing feedback and coaching to improve sales skills, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies. We are looking for a dedicated professional with strong communication and leadership skills to join our team.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a sales trainer, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?65,000.00 per month
