Job Description

• Fluent in English
• 5+ years of product training experience
• Assess training needs of the sales and technical service teams through collaboration with department leaders, analysis of performance data, and gathering feedback from employees.
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and curricula that focus on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, case studies, to effectively convey product features, benefits, and selling strategies.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops using various instructional techniques, such as classroom training, virtual platforms to ensure maximum engagement and understanding.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling training sessions, coordinating resources, and maintaining training records.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations related to product sales and customer service.
