Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Trainer to join our team. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to improve the skills, knowledge, and performance of our sales team. This role involves creating training materials, conducting training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Has a proper knowledge of product
• Develop Training Programs , design and develop comprehensive sales training programs that address the needs of the sales team.
• Ensure training programs are aligned with company goals and objectives.
• Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for new and existing sales representatives.
• Evaluate Training Effectiveness
