• Training needs analysis : Analyze sales performance and results to identify training needs
• Training program development : Design and develop training programs, materials, and resources
• Training delivery : Conduct training sessions, including orientation, coaching, and exercise sessions
• Training evaluation : Measure the effectiveness of training programs using surveys, interviews, and observation
• Training program improvement : Use training evaluation results to plan future courses or improve existing ones
• Career development : Provide career development sessions for existing staff and induction sessions for new employees
• Sales team support : Provide mentoring and support services to sales staff
• Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales managers, marketing, and medical teams
